To address false range labeling of electric vehicles, the industry has introduced performance evaluation standards based on constant-speed testing under normal temperature conditions. The error between labeled and actual range must not exceed 10%, fully standardizing range labeling.

To address the chaotic range labeling of electric vehicles, the industry has implemented a new range performance evaluation method. Testing is uniformly conducted at 25℃, a constant speed of 25km/h, and a standard load of 75kg, with actual riding range as the sole evaluation basis. The use of theoretical range or ideal condition data is prohibited. The standard stipulates that the error between measured and labeled range for qualified models must be ≤10%; any exceeding value is deemed unqualified. A low-temperature range evaluation is also added: range retention rate must be ≥65% at -10℃, allowing users to estimate mileage more accurately in winter and greatly improving reference value for purchase.
