The new motorcycle performance evaluation system has been officially released. 0-100 km/h acceleration, 100 km/h braking distance, and thermal attenuation during continuous riding serve as key criteria for vehicle grading, effectively distinguishing performance differences between commuter and sport models.

The motorcycle industry has recently introduced a new performance evaluation standard, which no longer classifies models solely by displacement, but uses comprehensive measured data for evaluation. Core assessments include: 0-100km/h acceleration time, 100-0km/h braking distance, engine thermal attenuation after 30 minutes of continuous high-speed riding, body stability and handling response speed. The standard specifies that middle and large-displacement models must achieve acceleration ≤5.5 seconds, braking ≤42 meters, and power attenuation ≤8% to be rated as high-performance. This evaluation system helps consumers intuitively identify real performance, avoids misleading false parameter labeling, and promotes manufacturers to comprehensively upgrade power tuning, cooling systems and frame rigidity.
